Pro Bono Program

ALWAYS provides representation to young people in need, and our network of attorney volunteers is an important part of how we change lives. Our clients have no right to government-funded counsel in the cases we take – areas where much is at stake – including immigration, orders of protection, child custodial issues such as parenting time and support, and addressing prior misdemeanor records in criminal courts.

Too often, vulnerable youth and trafficking survivors cannot afford legal representation and are left to navigate the complex justice system on their own.  With so much at stake, legal representation is absolutely crucial.

Our volunteer attorneys help fill a critical gap by providing pro bono representation to Arizonans who otherwise would be left without full access to justice.  Volunteer attorneys will be placed on a pro bono database. Cases will be referred to volunteer attorneys as needed.

If you are an attorney interested in volunteering, please email with a brief description of your skills, experience, interests, and capacity.
