Because ALWAYS is a Qualifying Charitable Organization which means your donation to ALWAYS can be included in your Federal Tax Deductions as part of the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit program.

How to Make a Tax Credit Donation to ALWAYS:

  1. Make a donation online at www.alwaysaz.org/donate, mail a check to the address above, or call us at (602) 248-7055 to pay over the phone or for additional assistance.
  2. Keep the receipt ALWAYS sends you for your tax records.
  3. Complete the Arizona Form 321 using our QCO Code: 20888.  Include your Arizona Form 321 with your tax return.
  4. Receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit up to:
    • $841 for a couple filing jointly or
    • $421 for an individual.
