Day 2: Legal Remedies for Trafficking Survivors for Attorneys

Training provided by the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CAST) and co-sponsored by Arizona Legal Women and Youth Services (ALWAYS), Southern Arizona Legal Aid, Inc., and University of Arizona, James E Rogers College of Law.

This two-day training for pro bono attorneys and legal providers is an in-depth overview of the legal issues faced by trafficking survivors. Topics include:
This training provides up to 14 hours of MCLE credits for participants who attend both full days. *Paralegals, BIA Accredited Representatives, and law students must be accompanied by supervising attorneys to register for the training.
