ALWAYS first opened its doors to provide legal services on-site at Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development, a homeless youth serving organization in Phoenix. Both ALWAYS and Tumbleweed quickly realized the immeasurable value of having in-house legal counsel available to homeless, trafficked, and abused youth at community programs where they were comfortable.
As we began to serve a greater number of young people and survivors of human trafficking, ALWAYS outgrew our offices at Tumbleweed and, in February 2015, we opened our law offices in Central Phoenix. To preserve the value of in-house counsel for young people, we began offering Community Law Clinics as a resource to youth-serving organizations and the young people they serve. Through our Community Law Clinics, ALWAYS legal staff hold regular hours on-site at a variety of youth serving programs in both Maricopa and Pima Counties.

- Our Family Services, Tucson
- Phoenix Dream Center, Phoenix
